OXIAE did not come out of a boardroom, but out of practice. It grew out of years of experience as a lead generator, and out of the conviction that you should be able to run a complete lead operation under your own brand without building it all yourself.

How the operating system we built for ourselves became the foundation for any lead generator that wants to run under its own brand.
OXIAE was designed and built by lead generators. We were the ones at the controls of an operation that processes around 15,000 requests a year: bringing requests in, verifying them, matching them to the right buyer, billing, paying out and handling disputes, day in, day out.
To make that possible, we built our own software. It captured requests through forms and landing pages, checked and enriched them, and recorded at every intake where the request came from and with what consent. It then routed the request to the right buyer, tracked billing and payouts, and kept an airtight trail of everything. In short: the operating system for our entire operation.
As we got deeper into the market, we saw that every other lead generator was doing the same thing, and building it from scratch every time. Separate tools for intake, matching, billing and payouts that did not talk to each other. Compliance bolted on as an afterthought. Everyone was reinventing the wheel, and no one had a single platform that covered the whole chain, under their own brand.
What we had built did exactly that. And it had proven itself under real pressure: around 15,000 requests a year, every request flow auditable, every payout accounted for, every processing step traceable. It was that scale and that consistency that showed it worked, not as an experiment, but as a live operation.
That is why we detached the operating system from our own operation and rebuilt it into a white-label, multi-tenant platform. Not as a service where we sell leads, but as the platform any lead generator can license and run under its own brand.

We want the whole chain, from intake to payout, including consent, provenance and an airtight audit trail, to sit so naturally in the platform that you can focus on growth. You manage publishers and buyers as roles within your own operation, and people and AI work through the same auditable flow.
The name
Why OXIAE?
The name OXIAE is deliberately short, neutral and free of baggage from any single sector or market. As a white-label operating system, the platform runs under the operator’s brand, not ours. OXIAE had to stand apart from every niche: a clean brand name that fits any lead network, agency, or media and affiliate business that works with it.
No acronym with a hidden claim, no word that pre-colours a sector or a promise: just a neutral name that stands for what the platform is: the operating system for lead generators.

Our manifesto
How we think differently about lead generation
A lead generator should be spending its time on growth: better sources, sharper matching, happy buyers. Not on building intake, billing and payouts from scratch, again and again. Yet that is exactly where most operators pour their time. We flip that around: the platform is already there, you run your operation on it.
We do not believe compliance and growth are at odds. The idea that you have to bolt rules “on” in order to scale fast is wrong: it is precisely when consent, provenance and an audit trail are built in from the ground up that you can scale without worry. Auditability is not a brake on growth: it is the condition for it.
And we make no distinction between human and machine. Whether a request comes from a visitor on a landing page or from an autonomous AI agent in the AI Agent Network, the same rules apply, the same provenance is recorded, the same consent is required. A platform is only complete once it works the same way for everyone.

Running the operation ourselves
As lead generators, we built software to run our own operation, now around 15,000 requests a year, from intake through to handover to the buyer, with provenance and consent as a hard requirement from the very first click.
- 2023
The gap in the market became visible
We saw other lead generators building the same thing over and over: intake, verification, matching, billing, payouts. Everyone was bolting together separate tools, and no one had a single platform that covered the whole chain.
- 2024 to 2025
OXIAE as a platform
We detached the operating system we had built for ourselves from our own operation and rebuilt it into a white-label, multi-tenant platform that any lead generator can run under its own brand.
- 2026 and beyond
For people and AI alike
The same platform is now opening up to autonomous AI agents through the AI Agent Network, APIs and webhooks, so operators keep auditable control over automated intake and routing too.
