A custom integration, built into your operation

Not every lead generator fits a standard integration. That is why OXIAE builds custom integrations, inside the platforms and systems you already use. Not a boxed-in plug-in, but an integration that fits your software, CRM, lead flows and processes precisely.

Whether you run your own application, want to keep a legacy CRM, or want to connect AI agents securely: we design, build and test the integration together with your team. And just like with our standard integrations, provenance and consent travel along by default, so your flow is not only custom-built, but also demonstrably GDPR compliant.

The result is infrastructure that feels like part of your own system: secure, controllable and built around the way you run your lead operation, not the other way around.

What we build

From a direct integration with your own software to a complete white-label portal: these are the kinds of custom work we deliver most often. We frequently combine a few of these into one coherent solution.

Integration with your own software or CRM

We connect OXIAE directly to your own application, legacy CRM or data warehouse, even when no off-the-shelf integration exists for it. Including field mapping, status synchronisation, and provenance and consent fields.

Custom lead flows & routing

Distribution rules, caps, fallbacks and filters that fit your business exactly, by label, region, capacity or buyer. We build the routing that standard tools simply cannot handle.

White-label portals

A buyer or partner portal under your own brand and domain, with the screens, permissions and reports your clients expect, built on top of the secure OXIAE infrastructure.

AI agent integrations

Let AI agents deliver or receive requests securely and in a structured way through a sandboxed interface, with the same verification, consent capture and audit trail as human suppliers.

Data migrations

Migration of existing leads, contacts, consent evidence and historical audit data into OXIAE: controlled, validated and backed by a traceable migration report.

Dashboard & reporting integrations

Push live figures to your own BI tool, data warehouse or dashboard. From Power BI to a custom reporting environment: you decide where the data lands and in what format.

How a custom project unfolds

Custom work does not have to be opaque. We work in fixed, clearly defined phases, so at every step you know exactly where you stand, and we only go live once you have seen and approved the result in black and white.

01

Intake & scoping

We map your systems, processes and goals, and jointly define exactly what the integration should do. You receive a clear scope with a fixed quote and schedule.

02

Technical design

We work out the field mapping, data flows, security and consent capture in a design. You approve the design before a single line of code is built.

03

Build & integration

We build the integration into your platform or system, following the approved design. Short interim deliveries keep you informed throughout the entire project.

04

Test in sandbox

The integration first runs in a sandboxed environment with test data. You see exactly which data comes in and verify that every mapping and routing rule is correct before any real data flows.

05

Delivery & audit

The integration only goes live after your sign-off. Delivery includes an audit in which we demonstrate that the custom work is GDPR compliant and the full audit trail remains intact.

Guarantees, even with custom work

A custom integration changes nothing about our principles. GDPR, audit trail and security are built into the design, not as an afterthought, but as the foundation.

GDPR by design

Every custom build is designed around data minimisation, purpose limitation and retention periods. Personal data only travels where it needs to, and provenance and consent always come along by default.

Full audit trail

Even in a custom integration, every processing step stays logged, visible and exportable, down to the level of a single request. Nothing disappears out of view.

Security as standard

Encrypted transport, scoped access, signed webhooks and strict key management. We only get access to your systems where it is truly needed, and it is always revocable.

Who custom work is for

Custom work is for lead generators who want to keep their existing way of working and have OXIAE fit securely into it.

Lead generators with their own platform

Who want to run OXIAE from an existing environment, with labels, publishers, buyers and routing logic that goes beyond what standard tools allow.

Operators with their own CRM

Who want to send requests straight into their own CRM or operational system, including provenance and demonstrable consent.

Organisations with an existing software landscape

Who want to keep their existing stack and have OXIAE fit seamlessly into it, without overhauling their process.

Information request

Tell us what you want to connect

Let us know briefly which platform or system you want to connect and what you have in mind. Based on that we will schedule an intake, map out the scope and send you a clear quote, no obligations.

The more specific you are about your systems and the flow you want, the more targeted our input can be. Don't have everything figured out yet? No problem, we will fill in the details together during the intake.

Developed and proven in the practice of a lead operation that processes and routes around 15,000 requests a year. Now a white-label platform, with the same attention to provenance, consent and audit trail in every custom build.

Frequently asked questions about custom work

The questions we hear most often from organisations considering a custom integration.

Do you need access to my system?

Only where strictly necessary, and always with the minimum permissions. We often work via an API key or OAuth with a limited scope, or we build an integration that lets your system pull and deliver data itself. Access can be revoked by you at any time, and we set out in a data processing agreement exactly what we may and may not do.

What does a custom integration cost?

That depends on the scope: connecting to a single system is very different from a white-label portal with a data migration. After the intake and scoping you receive a fixed quote with a clear scope, so you know exactly where you stand upfront. Request the information and we will work through it together.

How long does a project take?

A well-defined integration is often live in the sandbox within a few weeks. Larger projects (a portal with a migration, for example) we plan in phases with interim deliveries. After scoping you get a realistic schedule with milestones, so there are no surprises along the way.

Does it stay GDPR compliant?

Yes. Custom work changes nothing about that: data minimisation, purpose limitation, retention periods, consent capture and a full audit trail are part of the design, not something added afterwards. Delivery includes an audit in which we demonstrate that the integration meets these principles.

Can an AI agent be connected?

Absolutely. We build a sandboxed interface that lets AI agents deliver or receive requests, with exactly the same verification, consent capture and audit trail as human suppliers. That keeps autonomous customer acquisition controllable and compliant.

What if my tool is not supported out of the box?

Then this is exactly what custom work exists for. Whether it is a legacy CRM, an in-house application or a niche tool: as long as there is an API, export or database to work with, we can build the integration. No interface at all on your tool? Even then we will think along with you on a workable solution.

Ready for a custom integration?

Tell us what you want to connect and we will think along with you, no obligations, from scoping to a GDPR-compliant delivery.
